Supplier Tender Readiness Checklist
A practical checklist for suppliers to assess their readiness before responding to a public sector or large private sector tender. Covers financial standing, policies, accreditations, and submission requirements.

Small and medium-sized business owners, bid managers, and operations directors who are considering bidding for contracts and want to assess their readiness before investing time in a tender response.
Before starting a tender response, ideally 2–4 weeks before the submission deadline, to identify any gaps that need to be addressed.
