Small and medium-sized business owners, bid managers, and operations directors who are considering bidding for contracts and want to assess their readiness before investing time in a tender response.

When to use it

Before starting a tender response, ideally 2–4 weeks before the submission deadline, to identify any gaps that need to be addressed.
